Platform Description

Click2Wow provides tools that allow businesses to upload product information and create digital catalogs for sharing with customers.

The platform does not directly sell products or participate in transactions between sellers and customers.


User Accounts

Users must create an account to access certain features.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for activities under their account

Users may request account deletion by contacting support.


Subscription & Pricing

Click2Wow operates on a subscription model.

Current pricing:

  • ₹4000 per month

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan.

Failure to renew may result in suspension of services.


User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the platform for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent or misleading business practices
  • Selling prohibited goods
  • Uploading copyrighted content without permission

Click2Wow reserves the right to remove violating content or terminate accounts.


Service Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, Click2Wow does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.


Limitation of Liability

Click2Wow is not responsible for:

  • Product quality or authenticity
  • Customer disputes
  • Payment failures
  • Delivery issues
  • Financial losses arising from platform usage

All transactions occur directly between the seller and their customers.


Termination

Click2Wow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain active subscriptions.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
